Your body naturally drops in temperature when you sleep deeply. Covering your body with cozy pajamas could disrupt your natural ability to cool down, and thus, get a good night’s rest. The most serious side of this is that if your body can’t cool down, you become susceptible to insomnia. So, for a sound sleep’s sake, it’s best to strip down.

As a result, all that excess cortisol revs up your appetite the next day. And, well, you know what happens when those cravings hit and you haven’t had a good night’s sleep.
