Wear Wet Socks Before You Go To Sleep and See What Happens in The Morning

Wear Socks Soaked In Apple Cider Vinegar and Fight Fever
If you are dealing with a fever, put on socks soaked in apple cider vinegar. Use this remedy as an alternative for taking pills or drinking syrupy medicines.

Vinegar boosts blood flow and lowers fever. Also, this liquid is popular for improving the immune system and eases break down of waste products.

What you need:

2 cups of water
A pair of woolly socks
1-2 towels
1-2 tablespoons of vinegar
Pour the 2 cups of water in a bowl and then add vinegar. Soak the socks in the liquid and then squeeze slightly. Put on the socks and prevent wetting on your bed by placing a dry towel around the socks.

It is expected to lower your temperature after 45 minutes. If it does not happen, remove the socks and replace it with a new pair of soaked socks.

Remove socks immediately if you feel chill on the hands or feet.
