Order information we collect is used to fulfil any orders you place through our site, such as processing your payment, arranging collection/delivery, providing invoices/order confirmations.  We also use it to:

  • Assess the outcome of our advertising & marketing
  • And depending on preferences you share with us – to prove you with information or advertising relating to our produces and service.

    • Purpose of collection: to provide help with products or services, to deal with enquiries/complaints you may need to make, when undertaking investigations in accordance with statutory requirements, for the purpose of correspondence such as our newsletter, updates and special offers

Automatic decision-making

Our processor Opayo uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud that does not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on you.

  • Temporary blacklist of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions. This blacklist persists for a small number of hours.
  • Temporary blacklist of credit cards associated with blacklisted IP addresses. This blacklist persists for a small number of days.

We will not disclose personal data without your prior knowledge.  However, when we investigate a complaint, we may for example need to share information with one of our suppliers.

The Isle of Man has implemented the GDPR into its law so that it can continue to do business with EU countries. The GDPR has been implemented in the Isle of Man using an Order made under a new Data Protection Act 2018 which enables the Isle of Man to bring in EU laws relating to data protection.
